The average snowfall in the local mountains is something around 12 inches. This past weekend (March!) while we were there, it snowed 14 inches!!! It was beautiful. Just beautiful.

Our drive home was not as perilous as it could have been, and so beautiful. By sunset we were in very different weather. See those pictures tomorrow!
