Niki and I made 80-some ladybug sugar cookies on Friday for Lisa’s Adoption Celebration, and I thought I’d share them (visually) with you all.
We made the sugar cookies in the ladybug shape and baked them with the sticks inside. Then we iced them with pink icing, and let them all dry.

Then we took our brown icing in pastry bags and piped on the details.
Here they are in pails…Niki had the cute idea of placing each in a cellophane bag, tying it with a pink bow, and placing them in thee cute pails. The pails have floral foam in them, and then real grass at the top. She bought a strip of sod and we cut the circles with a knife.
Then all we had to do was get them all to the shower!
