Getting sleep is a huge priority for moms. Women devote a lot of time talking and reading about how to sleep more. One method which is always bounced around is giving baby formula (or even rice cereal!) at night to help him sleep longer. Because formula is harder to digest, it can make your baby a bit more lethargic, but the risk is not worth it. Supplementing hurts supply and just please beware of short cuts!
