Beach day

A big storm is rolling in to SoCal, so I decided Jacob and I should pack up and head out to the beach before it arrives. Really that’s just a convenient excuse because it’s been consistently nice for months. đŸ™‚
Tuesdays in Laguna are pretty mellow, so off we went. We snagged a parking spot easily, but since when is it $2.25 an hour?!? Your quarter doesn’t get you far. And the meters take credit cards…that’s when you know you are in trouble. Anyway, we went to Heisler beach, just because it’s pretty and the rocks make great tide pools. We saw a lot of sea anemones, some tiny fish, a crab, and a lot of barnacles and mussels.
