Baby Jackson is only 2.5 weeks old and he rolled over. I laid him on his stomach and he rolled over in seconds. We tried it again just to be sure, and he rolled over instantly. I need him to stay a tiny baby, so this was not good news to me. Stay little, my baby! 😭😭😭😭😭
jackson had his two week checkup, and it was a proud day for me. From his original weight of 7 lb 7 oz, he now weighs 9 lb 2 oz! We are doing something right! The doctor said he looked “absolutely perfect.”
I have to agree. 🙂 
!Big brother Jacob was a great helper! He handed the doctor her tools and reminded her to be very gentle with “his baby.” He has a big heart, my guy. ❤️
Jacob learned about tornadoes, and he has had a lot of questions. What do they destroy and how and why they can. Every time we drive up Chapman avenue, he sees Orange County Mining Company (a mining-themed restaurant) and asks why we haven’t ever take him to the “old house that would fall down in a tomato.” We made his dreams come true. 
jacob seriously cracks me up.
He asked for a new Fourth of July tattoo, because his was coming off. So I apply it and tell him to lie down and wait for it to dry. He goes into his room with a bowl of chips and seriously hangs out for 15 minutes like that. I checked on him probably 6 times, and he was totally content. Just asked if his tattoo seemed dry and then decided it needed more time.
