So Jacob is on some sort of nap strike.
It stinks. He ends up really grumpy and unpleasant. I have been trying everything. Well I pulled out all the stops on Thursday. Since he couldn’t sleep I committed myself to what would be at least an hour bike ride, figuring he must fall asleep in the bike trailer. We rode to Armstrong nursery in Old Town Tustin. It was a good ride; there were two bike trails I could stay on to avoid traffic (actually one is an on-sidewalk bike lane) and it was a beautiful day. It took 45 minutes to get there, and he never fell asleep. We saw his friend Wesley there with his parents so we went inside and the boys ran around. Now, I thought, he is certain to fall right asleep.
Wrong.
He didn’t nap on the whole 1.5 hour journey. 😦 why? Why?!?
